All sectors are catered for & NVQ Level 4 qualified, experience. We can produce relevant certification & qualifications. Landlord & domestic safety conditional reports for landlords, renting a property or people purchasing a home. An electrical safety certificate is a legal requirement for a landlord renting a property.
PAT testing, additional sockets, electrical fault finding, emergency lighting installation & testing, mains fire/smoke/carbon/heat alarms installation & testing, all electrical works, security lighting, new sockets with charger points & wifi booster.
Property Rewires
Full certification on completion. Rewire a house with the inclusion of plastering & decorating included.
Appliances
We offer the installation of electric ovens, cooker hoods, induction hobs & hot plates, electric fireplaces, white goods and these come with a minumum 12 month warranty and in some case, up to 3 years.
Lighting
Install light fittings including traditional or modern, downlights, outside lighting, security lights, new lighting circuits or lighting points, emergency lighting, lighting fault finding, light switches.
Consumer Units
We install modern SPD Standard consumer units, both domestically & commercially and comply with the most recent electrical regulations. These Surge Protection Devices (SPD) are installed and fitted as standard to protect your home.
